Easy Pineapple Stuffing Recipe

With just five ingredients, this delicious easy pineapple stuffing casserole is quick and convenient to make and makes a great addition to any buffet.  It’s one of those recipes that everyone asks for after they try it for the first time!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 5 Slices White Bread cubed
  • 1 large can Crushed Pineapple drained

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar with a mixer.
  • Add eggs one at a time blending well after each addition.
  • Cut the bread into 1/2 inch cubes.  Add the bread and drained pineapple to the bowl.
  • Stir by hand until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
  • Serve this scrumptious easy pineapple stuffing hot or cold and enjoy!
