Easy Pineapple Stuffing Recipe
With just five ingredients, this delicious easy pineapple stuffing casserole is quick and convenient to make and makes a great addition to any buffet. It’s one of those recipes that everyone asks for after they try it for the first time!
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 large Eggs
- 5 Slices White Bread cubed
- 1 large can Crushed Pineapple drained
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar with a mixer.
Add eggs one at a time blending well after each addition.
Cut the bread into 1/2 inch cubes. Add the bread and drained pineapple to the bowl.
Stir by hand until well blended.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Serve this scrumptious easy pineapple stuffing hot or cold and enjoy!
