How to make Deviled Eggs
6 Eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
2 tsp brown mustard
Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
Slip out yolks, place in bowl along with Miracle Whip and mustard. Mash and mix well with a fork. Transfer mixture into a zip lock bag. Cut corner of bag to make a small hole to pipe yolk mixture into eggs. Set aside.
Dye the egg whites. Fill several bowls with hot water, high enough to cover egg whites. Add food coloring to water bowls mixing up your favorite color combinations. I like using McCormick ‘ s neon colors. Dye egg whites. Drain on paper towels.
Fill eggs with yolk mixture. Display on a pretty plate, serve and Enjoy!
