Cilantro Lime Rice with Garlic
4 Cups water
2 Cups long grain white rice, uncooked
2 Teaspoons minced garlic
1 Teaspoon salt
¼ Cup lime juice
¼ Cup Cilantro, fresh chopped
In medium saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add rice, minced garlic, and salt, stir well. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook until the water is absorbed and rice is tender, about 15 minutes. Fluff with fork, stir in lime juice and cilantro, serve & enjoy!
